Prior to Javelin, Sophia worked as a consulting analyst at Visa. Her quantitative analyses focused on pricing models to empower client strategy and optimize processing. She has contributed to a wide variety of projects including new product development, market adaptation, and consumer insights.

Sophia has a Bachelor of Science degree in statistics.
